Ravi Kumar leads the overarching strategic vision, community welfare agenda, and organizational growth of Sarohari Foundation. As President, he guides the foundation's initiatives across drinking water access, education & literacy, healthcare support, nutrition relief, and rural community development.

He ensures strict adherence to statutory governance and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, fostering ethical partnerships with government bodies, donors, and local community stakeholders.

Gunjan Kumar oversees day-to-day administrative governance, regulatory filings, operational execution, and volunteer outreach. As Secretary, he directs on-ground implementation of projects in child welfare, women's empowerment, youth skill development, and health relief.

He manages statutory reporting across NITI Aayog NGO DARPAN, the e-Anudaan portal, and Registrar of Companies (ROC), driving transparent fund management and verifiable social outcomes.
